As ISD is yet to have a trading track record in its own right, this refers to work in previous business incarnations.

We worked with a million pound + charity to overhaul its information management systems over several of its services.  As a result of this the organisation reduced the amount of work required to complete reports to its funders from two-three weeks to just over a day.  Further work enabled managers to monitor care-workers’ caseloads and ensure that contact is kept with all services users.  

For several years Steve worked with Co-operative Support Organisations across designing and delivering training directed at pre-start, new start as well as established co-operatives and small businesses.  He has managed co-operative training programmes in two boroughs, including a bespoke 20 week co-operative management programme to empower people with learning disabilities working within an occupational therapy unit, and was principal trainer for a residential weekend for people with physical and learning disabilities attending centres in Ealing and Hillingdon.
